Feedback process

At the VilcaVerse we believe in accountability and personal responsibility for both our services and the businesses and programs that we promote. We strive to only promote businesses and individuals who conduct themselves with honesty and integrity and provide quality goods, services or programs at the agreed upon terms. If you have had a negative interaction with any of the vendors, service providers, or program facilitators promoted on our website please fill out this form and we will take whatever steps possible to help resolve the dispute. If a dispute can't be resolved we reserve the right to discontinue our service arrangement with the business or individual concerned. To discourage frivolous complaints we do charge a processing fee of $5 per complaint.
